The team arrived safely in Managua today and spent the afternoon visiting with missionaries Brenda and Preston West. They have departed for Okatol which is a four hour drive from Managua. Keep the team in your prayers.

Terry called and the team arrived safely to the mission house last night. They will leave out around 11:00 this morning for WiWilli to pick up pastor Ranaldo and then travel to the village Casa Viejo (Old HOUSE). He was not sure if they would drive, hike or travel by boat to the village. Keep the team in your prayers and pray that the hearts of the villagers will be open and receptive to the gospel.

Terry called last night and the team was able to drive to the village of Casa Viejo yesterday. They ministered to the school children and showed the film to about 60 people last night. No public decisions were made following the film. The men are sleeping in the school in the village and will be there again today and tonight.

Terry called and said the team had a good day today playing with the school children. They were able to give out clothes to the school children that Ashton McIntyre brought down with him. There was over 100 people in attendance at the evangilistic film tonight. Tomorrow they will travel to the village of LaPita and spend the day and night.

Ashton McIntyre sent in the following update on the Nicaragua team...

The team in Nicaragua is well. We are now eating in Quilali after a great week of ministering in two villages. Over 100 lbs of clothes have been given out, seeds have been planted, and several hundred people have heard the Gospel this week. God is not just good but much better than we realize.
