I received the following Nicaragua team update from Terry Parks last night…

Everyone from His Church and Donnie made it to Nicaragua fine yesterday and enjoyed a short tour of the volcano on our way to Ocotal. They rested well and Donnie departed with the team this morning along with Alex and Raul. They are headed to San Pablo so be in prayer as they minister to village reported to be nearly 1,000 people.

Donnie Barker just called in an update on the Nicaragua team. He said everyone is doing well. The connection was not good so I wasn't able to get more details from him. Please continue to pray for this group.

So proud of our team. A lot of hard work went into this and I am humbled to be the pastor of such an incredible group of mission-hearted group of people. Can barely wait to see how God is going to move there and use this trip for His Glory. Still prayin...

I was part of the team in Nicaragua the week prior to your arrival. We went as far as El Tigre, stopping short of San Pablo. God laid San Pablo on my heart and I've prayed for your team each day. It would be good to hear an update on your trip.

What an incredible week with a great team in San Pablo. Yes, it rained about 70% of the time, but God did not allow that to hamper the ministry. It was a blessing to stay the entire week in the village and enjoy connecting with Pastor Pedro, Juan Cruz and their families. The result was 10 professions of faith and many seeds sown. Pastor Pedro's team of church volunteers were instrumental in many villagers coming and being exposed to the Gospel. Luke, Tabbie and Ellie were first timers to XMA's type of ministry and did a great job of connecting with the families with servant hearts in their own personal ministry. Alex and Rowel always do a great job and are a tremendous blessing to the XMA ministry in Nicaragua. Terry and Denise have done a great job of establishing things in Ocatal. All in all, it's always a humbling experience as God makes the way and uses us to take the Gospel to remote places. What a privilege.
